Delivery timelines provided on the website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

420 Bites is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs, incorrect shipping information, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of food products, all sales are final.

Returns, exchanges, or refunds will only be considered if:

• The wrong product was shipped
• The product arrived damaged
• The product arrived defective
  
  Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and may require photographs and proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information before consuming any product.
